National survey launches to gather insight from Class Members
The Administrator is gathering feedback from Class Members through a national survey to understand what is known about the Settlement and the resources and supports available to them, and to learn more about how they would like to receive information.

On October 24, 2023, Federal Court Justice Aylen approved the Settlement Agreement. We’re now awaiting official documentation from the Federal Court. More information will be available soon.
