Take the national survey: How can we keep you informed?
July 14, 2026
We want to hear from you.
Your feedback will help shape how we keep you informed and how Settlement information is shared with others.
The First Nations Child and Family Services and Jordan’s Principle Settlement has launched its second national survey to better understand what people know about the Settlement, the Claims Process and available supports, and how people prefer to receive information.
The survey is conducted independently by Archipel Research & Consulting, an Indigenous-owned research and consulting firm.
Participation is voluntary and confidential. Taking the survey will not affect your ability to submit a Claim, your eligibility or any compensation you may receive.
Who should take the survey?
We want to hear from people who may be eligible for the Settlement, including:
- People who have already submitted a Claim.
- People who have not yet submitted a Claim.
- People who are unsure whether they may be eligible.
- Caregivers, representatives and family members supporting someone who may be eligible.
Whether you’ve already submitted a Claim, have not yet submitted a Claim or are just learning about the Settlement, we encourage you to participate.
Need another way to complete the survey?
