Incarcerated Class Member Claims Process and Communication Plan Approval Hearing

There is a court motion from the Settlement Implementation Committee asking the Federal Court to approve the proposed Incarcerated Class Member Claims Process and Communication Plan.

The motion will be heard by videoconference on March 31, 2026, starting at 1:00 pm (Eastern) / 10:00 am (Pacific).
