Enhancement payments are payments in addition to Base Compensation that will be made to certain eligible Claimants in the Removed Child Class, Jordan’s Principle Class and Trout Child Class. Eligibility for Enhancement Payments is based on specific Enhancement Factors, as defined by the Settlement Agreement, including the age at which the Child was first removed, the time in care, number of spells in care, and other factors. “Harm” is not one of the factors used to determine eligibility for Enhancement Payments.
