On October 24, 2023, the Federal Court approved the Settlement Agreement for the First Nations Child and Family Services and Jordan’s Principle Class Action.
On October 24, 2023, Federal Court Justice Aylen approved the Settlement Agreement. We’re now awaiting official documentation from the Federal Court. More information will be available soon.

The Canadian Human Rights Tribunal (CHRT) approved the revised Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Approval Hearing is scheduled to take place in Ottawa on October 23, 2023.
