On July 26, 2023, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal (CHRT) approved the revised Settlement Agreement. The Federal Court Settlement Approval Hearing is taking place during the week of October 23, 2023. Please note that the Settlement Agreement has not been approved by the Court. The claims process is not open, and the application process and the Claim Form are currently not available.
