National survey launches to gather insight from Class Members
The Administrator is gathering feedback from Class Members through a national survey to understand what is known about the Settlement and the resources and supports available to them, and to learn more about how they would like to receive information.
The survey is being conducted by Archipel Research & Consulting, an Indigenous-owned, independent research and consulting firm. It will inform the measurement and evaluation of communications efforts required by the Court-approved Notice Plan to help ensure that communication about the Settlement and Claims Process is clear and meets the needs of all Class Members.
We invite all Class Members to provide feedback through an online survey.
Feedback from the survey will help inform how we can best communicate about the Settlement and the Claims Process.
Participation is voluntary, confidential and will not affect your ability to submit a Claim when the Claim Period opens.
In addition to the online survey, Class Members may be contacted directly by Archipel Research & Consulting to provide feedback. Archipel Research & Consulting will also be working with organizations across Canada to connect with Class Members in-person.
