The final date for Claims to be submitted for the Class, including the Claims Period Deadline and any extensions. Each Class has a unique Ultimate Claims Deadline. For example, the Ultimate Claims Deadline for the Removed Child Class and Removed Child Family Class is four years from when the Claims Periods opened (or if the Claimant was a minor on March 10, 2025, four years from when they become an adult). This four-year timeframe includes the three-year Claims Period plus an additional year for extension requests.
