A Court-appointed, independent reviewer who adjudicates Appeals of the Administrator’s decisions under the Claims Process. The Third-Party Assessor may request further information, consult with the Claimant and Administrator, and issues a written Appeal Decision that is final, binding, and not subject to further appeal.
