Canadian Human Rights Tribunal (CHRT) approved the revised Settlement Agreement
The Canadian Human Rights Tribunal (CHRT) approved the revised Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Approval Hearing is scheduled to take place in Ottawa on October 23, 2023.
