Help with submitting your Claim
The Administrator is available to answer questions about the Settlement and Claims Process. The Administrator may connect you with a Claims Helper who can help you complete your Claim Form, learn how to obtain identification, and connect you to cultural and wellness resources and supports.
Class Members can call the Administrator anytime at 1-833-852-0755 between 8:00 a.m. ET and 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays) to learn more about the Settlement or eligibility.
