The nation-wide postal strike will affect the timely delivery of Settlement-related mail, like decision letters and compensation cheques.
We encourage you to submit your Claim and all supporting documents in one of the following ways to help avoid delays in processing your Claim:
- Online Claims Portal: Portal.FNChildClaims.ca
- Email: Claims@Admin.FNChildClaims.ca
- Fax: 1-416-815-2723
Please note that the Administrator cannot accept courier deliveries.
The Administrator continues to process all Claims during this postal disruption. Payments are still being issued, and decisions are still being made.The disruption only affects the delivery of letters through the mail.
Because of this, you may experience delays in receiving mail from the Administrator, such as:
- Letters confirming the Administrator has received your Claim
- Decision letters about your Claim
- Payment letters confirming when your compensation has been issued
If you are waiting for a letter and are concerned about delays, please call the Administrator toll-free at 1-833-852-0755 to confirm the status of your Claim or connect with a Claims Helper.
