Watch the Claims Process Approval Hearing for the Removed Child and Removed Child Family Classes under the Settlement

The Federal Court approval hearing for the first Claims Process for the Removed Child and Removed Child Family Classes will take place on June 19, 2024, at 9:30 am EDT.

You can watch the proceedings, which will be livestreamed by the Federal Court of Canada on Zoom. Registration is required.

Advance registration is required and there is no charge to join the livestream. If you register, a link to the livestream will be emailed to you by the Federal court’s Registry Officer shortly before the hearing.

The Court will make a decision about the Claims Process sometime during or after the hearing. More information will be shared with Class Members once the Court announces its decision, including when Class Members can submit a Claim.
