There have been reports of Class Members being contacted and asked to provide personal information in relation to the Settlement.

It is important to know that compensation is not yet available.

No one should be requesting information from Class Members at this time.

When the Claims Process opens, there will be supports and resources available to help Class Members complete their claims. These supports are free of charge.

Receiving a call requesting your information may lead to emotional distress. Mental health and wellness supports are available through Hope for Wellness at 1-855-242-3310 or the online chat at hopeforwellness.ca, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
