Une ordonnance nomme une autre personne pour agir en son nom. Une ordonnance peut aussi \u00eatre d\u00e9sign\u00e9e sous les noms de \u00ab\u202ftutelle\u202f\u00bb d\u2019une personne adulte, de \u00ab\u202fmandataire sp\u00e9cial\u202f\u00bb ou de \u00ab\u202fcuratelle\u202f\u00bb dans diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions.
